Despite being readily available and highly effective, half of them go without treatment.  For many, treatment is not financially viable.

Many people do not understand the importance of taking care of their mental health. Just like exercising and eating healthily improves our physical health, our minds need proper nourishment and exercise to maintain optimal performance.  To learn and grow in the area of mental health, we need the support of others and sometimes a professional to help us on our journey.

Unfortunately for some, the negative stigma around seeking mental health support means people don’t always reach out. Through articles, videos, and simple tips, we educate people on the importance of speaking out, seeking help, and supporting each other.

Assist

Assist

Therapy helps individuals overcome mental health challenges they face. Much like a physical trainer improves physical wellness or a financial coach improves financial wellness, therapists help improve your mental health and wellness. We assist individuals who are not able to fund their own therapy. Our subsidized program can help you or a loved one. With a simple application, we will pair you with a licensed therapist that specializes in your specific needs.

You will have a caseworker on hand to assist you through your application, therapist pairing, and weekly sessions. Open communication is key. Find out how we can support you.

Knowing you are not alone can sometimes make the biggest difference. Through open communication and sharing, we are building a community for support and guidance.

Building a safe community where individuals can speak about their experiences and be open about any challenges they have faced due to their mental health. Maybe you have some questions about access to therapy or the sessions, or even helping a loved one? In our community forum, you can share experiences, tips, and questions, anonymously or with your name, whatever you feel comfortable with. Share your story and connect with us on social media. We would love for you to join our community.
