3. Think about what you want to get across to other people reading these stories. What could help others heal from their burdens or what could inspire others to share their stories?
4. Do not share explicit or inappropriate details that could be harmful or insensitive towards others. Also, make an effort to not blame other people in your story
5. If your story does mention family, friends or other people, ensure they would be comfortable with being mentioned.
