Harley Davis’s Story

Posted on March 2, 2021March 2, 2021 by Harley Davis

I’ve been journaling for a few years now and it definitely helps with memory it’s not my sole reason for doing it, but I was thinking the other day about how it have improved a little) it sort of makes things more “solid” as you have to put words to your experiences and emotions and it encourages reflection, all of which aid memory. It has helped me remember the good things in life and allows for reflection. This does help my mental health.
